The Channel Sales Manager play an integral role in educating potential customers about the value of the Bentegro platform. They will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to help generate leads, win new accounts, and collaborate on marketing initiatives in our target markets. This individual will be responsible for leading sales from internal, existing channels and for leading demonstrations of the Bentegro platform with an eye towards closing deals.

This is a high-activity position, and this individual will consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas while recording activity in our CRM to ensure efficient lead management. The ideal candidate builds and maintains strong relationships with key Executive stakeholders, applies a ‘growth mindset’ to engage and uncover needs, and clears the path of any obstacles to advance sales processes to fruition. A discerning, consultative, and collaborative sales professional, the Channel Sales Manager leaves no stone unturned in the pursuit of business growth and quota attainment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to help generate business
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule demos for potential Bentegro customers
  • Actively listen to understand what customers need & confidently communicate Bentegro’s value proposition
  • Record all sales activity and results in CRM system in a timely manner
  • Follow up promptly and diligently on leads and inquiries
  • Handle objections and use sales techniques to align our solution to an organization’s needs
  • Achieves and maintains high channel partners satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Field inbound calls and emails from leads
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets
  • Research, develop, and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive more demos
  • Proactively continue education on company product, competitive & industry knowledge
  • Develop an expertise on all aspects of the platform’s functionality, capabilities, processes and procedures
  • Provide Product Manager with feedback provided by clients and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue cross-referral opportunities for other divisions within our business
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in channel partner recruitment and management, with B2B SaaS sales solution experience
  • Minimum of three years of group health benefits administration experience
  • Ability to build an extensive network of channel partners
  • Documented success of bringing on new channel partners to an organization
  • Proof of quota attainment and meeting performance objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to exercise assertiveness to influence others so as to create desired sales results
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organization skills; superior attention to detail
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
  • Collaborating internally across multiple company departments

  • Ability to follow directions from a remote manager/leader
  • Ability to travel


Physical Requirements:

  • Given the seasonal nature of the business, incumbent will have limited ability to take vacation or personal days from November 1st through February 1st.
  • Some local travel may be required to visit producers, attend seminars, symposiums or industry trade shows
