Position Overview:  We’re looking for an experienced and versatile product marketing manager who has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, business plans, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy and thrive with tight deadlines and changing needs. You will be responsible for understanding Bentegro’s target audience and will be expected to use that knowledge to drive marketing campaigns, suggest segmentations, inform the product roadmap, manage Bentegro’s GTM plans, and more. This role will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Technology Solutions Product Manager, and Channel Sales Manager. The Product Marketing Manager will work across the entire product lifecycle from helping shape the product to driving launch, to growing product adoption post launch.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and execute the Bentegro GTM strategy
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external resources in support of the above; includes, but is not limited to the following: content development, website updates, SEO/social media, general marketing communication asset development
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • At least 3-5years of experience as a product marketing manager
  • Experienced in B2B Saas product/solution marketing
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Ability to translate customer needs and market demand into sharp and compelling messaging, content, sales tools, and campaigns to help us meet our business goals
  • Track record of identifying and seizing growth opportunities through integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and more
  • Experience driving impact through measurable results throughout the sales cycle
  • Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Given the seasonal nature of the business, incumbent will have limited ability to take vacation or personal days from November 1st through February 1st.
