On February 15, 2011, Mark will be presenting to NIAHU members at the Randall Oaks Golf Club in West Dundee, Illinois. Mark will present to health insurance brokers on the importance of maintaining compliance with evolving COBRA Administration and Illinois continuation policies. He will address the current status of COBRA including a brief overview of key points that employers have to stay aware of, why it is still relevant despite some of changes that Health Care Reform will bring and review the current status of Illinois State Continuation.
